it's not a photomanip? it sure looks like one over here, there's this thing around the needle, idk how to explain it, like when people select objects using photoshop and move them from their original place to another place. But hey, still pretty good work.

No manip, he really put the needle to his eye. I changed the colours a bit, perhaps that's it.
