It is sort of ambiguous to me as a picture, though. It could be about a vampire who was so hungry that they devoured a human and now completely regret their own loss of humanity at the brutal way they acted or it could be about a puppet-like monster whose soul has been corrupted so much that they no longer care for what they do. They only strive to fulfill their appetite and any sort of compassion has been drained of them.
The composition of the pic is amazing, btw. But that's true for all of your pics that I've seen and it's kind of redundant to say.
